LEAD STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
The following is required as minimum qualification and experience.
• Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (or related field) and
• 12-15 years of related work experience, including supervisory experience. Professional Engineer registration with active membership in a professional society is required
• Analysis, creativity /innovation and problem solving
• Working knowledge of the latest applicable engineering codes and standards, design practices and design quality standards.
• Communications, written and oral.
• Proficient experience in the Offshore/Onshore orientated Oil and Gas environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing PC and various computer engineering applications software is required (including CAD, Microstation CAD systems if applicable. Staad and SACS)
• Sound knowledge of Civil/Structural drawing and office produced deliverables
• Requires communication skills to be able to successfully work in a team environment as a leader and communicate effectively with other disciplines.
• Accuracy, Precision of work product and Attention to detail
• Works under general supervision of Engineering Manager
• Makes informed decisions when appropriate
• Work requires an understanding of company policies and procedures
• Work follows applicable codes and standards, design practices and design quality standards
• Works to a given schedule
• Proficient budgetary responsibility
SENIOR TELECOMS ENGINEER
The following is required as minimum qualification and experience.
• B.Sc Electrical/Electonics Engineer
• 10 years experience in Design and Installation of telecommunication infrastructures with applicable codes and standards.
• Ability to carry out independent designs on External and Indoor (SOC) cabling Infrastructure, Fiber optic cabling,Telephone systems, LAN/WAN Infrastructure, CCTV.
• Conversant with ATEX, DACA, PAGA, TCP/IP, VOIP, VSAT.
• Able to prepare specifications, philosophies and design calculations with appropriate architecture.
• Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision.

LEAD STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Supervises a group of five or more Engineers plus design personnel, usually in one discipline, by directing technical engineering assignments and coordinating project staffing assignments.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate actively in technical review and Constructability meetings.
• Must report project progress accurately,
• Very conversant with design Codes and Standards and be able to apply them in design and specification writing. (BE EU, API, ASME, ANSI, NFPA, AWS, etc)
• Must have two or more special skill/knowledge based areas in Civil/Structural designs and engineering. Also, should be conversant with foundation and structural designs.
• Prepare reliable CTRs (man-hour) and budget estimates for proposals and tenders.
• Engaged in inter-discipline Squad check of design deliverables and be able manage discipline interfaces
• Assist project management group in providing relevant discipline inputs to Project's Design & Execution Plan, Schedule, Cost Estimating, Progress Measurement & Reporting, etc)
• Initiates and/or reviews change order requests for additions, deletions, or changes to the original scope of work.
